Apple - Gala

Gala is one of the most popular apples in the world, and it’s easy to see why. It has a thin, red-and-gold striped skin and crisp, juicy, cream-coloured flesh. The flavour is sweet with very little sharpness, with light floral notes that make it easy to keep reaching for another.
