Caprese Bruschetta Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 Loaf French bread
- 283 grams tomatoes, cubed
- 227 grams mozzarella balls
- 8 Basil leaves, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- â…› tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:
- Prepare Crostini: Slice French bread, toast lightly, and set aside.
- Mix Toppings: In a bowl, combine tomatoes, mozzarella, chopped basil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Creamy Mushroom Bruschetta Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 Loaf French bread
- 2-2.5 tbsp Olive oil, divided
- 283-340 grams mushrooms, thinly sliced (mix of Button Mushroom & Porcini Mushroom
- 1-2 shallots, finely chopped
- 4-6 cloves Garlic, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp chili Flakes
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- Few Basil Leaves, chopped
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg or ajwain powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper

2 tbsp chopped flat-leaf Parsley, and some forÂ
garnish - 1.5 tbsp all-purpose or Whole wheat flour
- 2-3 cups Milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

- Sauté Aromatics: Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a sauté pan. Add shallots and garlic, cook until translucent. Add mushrooms, cook until water is released and they begin to crisp.
- Add Spices: Stir in chili flakes, oregano, basil, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
- Make Roux: Create a well in the center, add flour and cook for a few minutes.
- Create Sauce: Gradually add 1.5 cups of milk, stirring until thick. Add remaining milk to achieve a creamy consistency.
