Ingredients:
- 200 grams Button mushrooms, sliced
- 150 grams Shiitake mushrooms, stems removed and sliced
- 100 grams White Fungus, soaked in water until soft, then chopped
- 150 grams Oyster mushrooms, torn into strips
- 100 grams Shimeji mushrooms, base removed and separated
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch piece of ginger, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved in 2 tablespoons water
- 1 spring onion, chopped for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 red chili, sliced for extra heat
Instructions:

Prepare Mushrooms:
- Clean all mushrooms with a damp cloth or rinse quickly under water and pat dry. Prepare according to the instructions above.

- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
