Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 200g pasta of choice
  • 50g Salad Spinach
  • 100g Button Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy Cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Stir in Salad spinach leaves 
  6. Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with Salt, Pepper, Red chili pepper flakes & Italian seasoning and serve immediately.
