Creamy Spinach and Mushroom Pasta

Ingredients:
- 200g pasta of choice
- 50g Salad Spinach
- 100g Button Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Red Chili Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and become golden brown.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in Salad spinach leavesÂ
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese, season with Salt, Pepper, Red chili pepper flakes & Italian seasoning and serve immediately.
