Ingredients:
2 Malta Valencia Orange, sliced round
1 Grapefruit, sliced round
1 Hass Avocado, quartered and sliced into ¼-inch wedges
Mint leaves, roughly torn
Salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
For the Dressing:
1–2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (15–30ml)
1–2 tablespoons chilli crisp / chilli oil (15–30ml)
Preparation:
Prepare the Citrus:
Wash and slice the citrus fruits into thin rounds, removing any seeds.
Slice the Avocado:
Cut the avocado into quarters and slice into even ¼-inch wedges.
Assemble the Salad:
Arrange citrus slices on a serving plate. Layer avocado wedges on top and scatter torn mint leaves.
Dress & Serve:
Drizzle generously with olive oil and chilli crisp. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve immediately.
